
Monday: Rice and Lentil Casserole, Broccoli and Cheese, Corn
Tuesday: Cheeseburger Soup
Wednesday: Shredded BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Salad, Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Thursday: Lentil Tacos, Refried Beans, Corn
Friday: Tuna Broccoli Casserole (adapted from here)
Saturday: Birthday Slumber Party for Emeri- Frozen Pizza, Chips, Cake
Sunday: Church Christmas Banquet
Most of these recipes will be modified. I will be changing out some of the ingredients to make them healthier and less calories. I will post as many picture and modified recipes as I can.
Breakfasts: Eggs, Oatmeal, Pancakes, Fruit
Lunches/Snacks: Fruits, Veggie, Peanut Butter or Tuna Sandwiches, Nuts, Cheese, Home Made muffins
