
Monday: Big Salad w/all the fixings
Tuesday: Homemade Beef Stew (crock pot)
Wednesday: Boneless Thin Cut Pork Chops, Sweet Potato Oven Fries, Corn or Green Beans
Thursday: Turkey Meatloaf (my recipe, I will post it later this week), home made mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese
Friday: Order Pizza
Saturday: Chili
Sunday: leftovers or "free for all"
Breakfasts: Oatmeal, Fruit and Yogurt or Eggs
Lunches and Snacks: Tuna or Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Boiled Eggs, Fruits and Veggies, Yogurt or Wasa Crackers and Cheese
