Home Made PMS Bath Soak

Here is a great PMS Bath Soak that you can make at home. This will help you to relax and give you some relief. It works great to do this soak in the evening right before you plan to head to bed.

Here is what you will need:

1/8 cup of sweet almond oil
1/8 cup of grape seed oil
3 drops of clary sage oil
3 drops of lavender oil
2 drops of rose absolute oil
2 drops of juniper oil

Mix all of the oils together and bottle until
ready for use. On your first soak test out how much of the oil you want to use. You may want to try and just add a tablespoon at first then continue adding as you go to get your desired aroma.

To use add the oils to your warm
running bath water and mix well. Relax and soak
yourself while the oils do the work. If your stomach is bloated use a few
drops of the oils to rub gently and directly onto
the area.
